Radio 1 presenter Greg James takes on Sheffield today in the penultimate event of his charity triathlons for Sport Relief.
The radio personality is aiming to complete a Triathlon a day in five different cities, covering a distance so far of around 150 miles.
The five-day “Gregathlon” began in Belfast on Monday.
The presenter has also completed challenges in Cardiff and Glasgow.
Greg will begin the swimming leg of the event at Ponds Forge, before running a route taking him through the University and the Botanical Gardens.
He has already raised £308,940 for Sport Relief, with each of his Triathlons taking place in a flagship city for the charity’s Sport Relief Games.
These will take place this year from March 18th to March 20th and will consist of over 1000 events around the country.
Supporters can track Greg’s progress on the Sport relief twitter page (https://twitter.com/sportrelief), with regular updates being broadcast on BBC Radio 1 between events.
