Food and art enthusiasts will be flocking to Sheffield this weekend as the popular Peddler Night Market returns to Kelham Island for the eighth time.
Co-founder Jordan Roberts said its success was thanks to good food and good beer after starting its journey in October 2014.
The project started after founders Ben Smith, Jordan Roberts and Heather Gilberthorpe teamed up to create the Peddler Night Market, aiming to bring new foods and arts to the city.
Support came from those who wanted to get involved and see the project grow, with the main sponsor being West One.
In December 2015, the independent business moved to its new location, inside the 7500 sq. ft. Warehouse on 92 Burton Road.
Peddler Market has been bringing top master chefs and award-winning food traders over the years and aims to bring new experiences each time.
This year people will be able to try exotic sea food or traditional dishes while listening to the newest musical addition to the event: Hot Diamond Aces.
When asked what the locals should expect from this upcoming edition, co-founder Jordan Roberts says: “More of everything.”
The event will be held on 4-5 March on 92 Burton Road, between 5-11 pm on Friday and 2-11 pm on Saturday.
Starting from this weekend, Peddler Market will be running on the first weekend of every month.
