A 16-year-old girl has been missing since Tuesday.

Grada Munteanu was last seen at around 6.50pm  on Christ Church Road in the Pitsmoor and Burngreave area of Sheffield.

Police are appealing for help and asking anyone who with information to come forward.

She is thought to have been wearing a blue scarf in her hair, a long red skirt with a blue coloured vest and a long grey cardigan

Sheffield Hallam University students are raising awareness of homelessness with a sponsored 24 hour food fast.

They launched the ‘Hunger Aims’ and put their fundraisers in the place of a homeless person on the street.

A disabled fans’ rights campaigner has slammed Sheffield United for not providing enough facilities for supporters who use wheelchairs.

Martin Emery, founder of disabled supporters group United Discriminate, says the Bramall Lane club have “ignored” recommendations on the facilities they should provide, and claims the existing disabled facilities at the ground are “appalling”.

And a grandad from Maltby, near Rotherham, is going a fair few steps further than Eddie Izzard’s Marathon Challenge.

He plans to do 75 marathons in as many days starting on his 75th birthday this year.

He is doing it to raise money for disabled children at Newman school and hopes to raise £75,000 to turn the playground into a totally safe place to play.
