Striker Fernando Forestieri has been announced as the Sheffield Wednesday player of the season.
The former Italy under 21 international has been in fine form this season, scoring 15 goals in 36 league games as Wednesday placed 6th in the regular season.
Fans on the Sheffield Wednesday website gave Forestieri 53% of the vote, and will be hoping that the Argentina-born striker will have a key role in their promotion to the Premier League, when they face Hull at Wembley in the Championship playoff final on the 28 May 2016.
The Owls got to the final by beating Brighton 3-1 on aggregate, winning 2-0 at Hillsborough before drawing 1-1 away at the Amex.
Forestieri joined Wednesday from Watford last summer for a fee of £3m, and has been an instant hit with fans.
Barry Bannan, another summer signing finished second in the vote, with Kieran Lee coming third.
