Take That’s new tour ‘Wonderland’ is selling out fast after tickets were released this morning.
They went on sale at 9.30am, costing just under £65 for a standing ticket.
The group, consisting of three as opposed to the original five, play Sheffield Arena on the 29th and 30th May 2017.
Other stops on the tour include Birmingham, Manchester, London and Liverpool.
One fan who got tickets for the Sheffield concert was Charlotte Peers. She said: “I am incredibly pleased to be one of the lucky fans that managed to get their hands on Take That tickets. I got them for both Birmingham and Sheffield. I can’t begin express my excitement.”
Fans earlier this week appealed to the band to crack down on touts after pre-sale tickets were being sold online for extortionate prices.
A petition is being signed in an attempt to get Parliament to provide tougher sanctions for resale websites, and also require ticket resellers to reveal their identities.
Frontman Gary Barlow is also set to perform at Jo Heselden-Edwards’ Hidden Wounds album launch for Help for Heroes in November.
