A teenage boy has died in a shed fire in Doncaster last night.
Emergency services were called to Byron Avenue, Campsall, at 9pm to deal with the blaze.
Firefighters discovered the boy after the fire was extinguished. He is yet to be named.
South Yorkshire Police, said: “Emergency services were called to an address in Byron Avenue, Campsall, at around 9pm last night [Thursday, 27 October] following reports of a fire in a shed.”
A body was discovered after the fire was extinguished and while formal identification is yet to take place, it is believed to be that of a 13-year-old boy.”
South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue service are holding a joint investigation into the fatal fire.
