A Sheffield-based business will take part in a 26.2 mile challenge to support Lord Mayor Magid’s London Marathon run.
Cinderella Support Services, one of Sheffield’s leading facilities management companies, will join 20 other businesses in the #MarathonWithMagid event on 27th March.
Participants will run, walk or skip their way to the 26.2 mile goal using methods such as treadmills and team relays around the block, in order to raise money for three local charities chosen by the Lord Mayor himself, who will be present to cheer on the teams.
📢 I’m looking for Sheffield Businesses to take part in the #MarathonWithMagid event on the 26th or 27th March in aid of my chosen charities. I’ll be visiting all businesses who support! Be quick there’s only a few places left.

Sheffield Flourish, Unity Gym, and Sheffield Women’s Counselling and Therapy Centre (SWCTC) are the charities benefiting from this cause, and they all support physical and mental well being in the community.
Phil Goleby, managing director of Cinderella Support Services, said: ““We’re excited and honoured to be chosen to support Lord Mayor Magid in his bid to raise funds for these brilliant local charities.
“Our team has the passion for our local community, plus the energy and drive to make it to the target, and I’m sure we’ll have a lot of fun along the way.”
All of the teams taking part are encouraged to get #MarathonWithMagid trending on social media, and to include their team photos.
