Bad Bromance is coming to Sheffield.

The Half Montys are back on Valentine’s day for an evening of Drag Cabaret with Drag Kings and Queens, following their performance at the Diversify Launch party in January.

Robyn Orfitelli is the founder of the local drag troupe. She said: “We have been around since 2017 and all of the proceeds go to local charities or local causes.

“We perform as often as we can. The show this weekend is one of our regular shows that we do three or four times a year.”

The proceeds from the show will be donated to LASS and Sheffield UCU.

The line up includes Sam Anics, King Confuza, Hilda Frisby, and Stacy’s Mom, as well as special guests Lärzzz Umlaut, Sveto Slava, Mr Jamie Pizzazz, and Tom Foolery.

Ms Orfitelli said: “Drag has been involved in the fight for LGBT since the very beginning. We want to take any chance to show people different types of gender expression and to challenge the idea that gender is binary. We want to give a platform to people of different sexualities and genders.

“To be able to use the money to support good causes is really important to us. We want to be able to expose and show people different ways of approaching gender and package it in a way that is entertaining to a broader audience.”
