How did you vote in the Sheffield Referendum?

Voters in Sheffield have gone to the polls to vote for their local councillors and Police in Crime Commissioners along with the rest of the country.

But here the election is unique because of the referendum that will decide how the council is run for at least the rest of the decade. Voters have the chance to vote to remain with the current leader and cabinet system or change to the committee system.

We spoke to people in Sheffield who have and haven’t voted and asked why they went the way they did.
